Ah, ol’ reliable Quaker Oats. A staple brand to the American breakfast since the late 1800s. You might have preferred the sugary breakfast cereal growing up, but you always knew you could count on Quaker for proper nutrition.
But times have changed. Many of us don’t prioritize breakfast anymore. We got people to see, things to retweet, and apps to update. People consider just a cup of coffee as breakfast. Or a pastry with your caloric intake for the day. Or an energy drink filled with god-knows-what chemicals.
We’re cutting corners too much. It’s time to get back to the wholesome basics, put the ol’ reliable back in your diet, and enjoy breakfast again. Rise and shine has a whole new meaning.
