For too long Black Women have felt the need to wear their hair in a “ presentable” fashion at work. This stems from being told their natural hair is “distracting” and “unprofessional.”
To combat this, the Burt’s Bees “Bee Natural” campaign was created to uplift and encourage women of color. The audience will be reached through print and social media, allowing women to share experiences and solutions. While delivering a message to others that their coworkers go through this struggle on a daily basis.
